
This carefully structured 6 Week Course will lead you through the basic poses of yoga that can support you and baby at this special time.
Focus will be given to breathing practices, leg strengthening, hip opening and pelvic floor toning. Classes will be suitable for all levels of experience and beginners to yoga welcome.
Please bring your own mat and towel.
Pre-natal yoga classes are small. Booking ahead is essential to secure your place on the course. However, we have other classes on the timetable that could be suitable for you and baby to attend:
- Wednesday evenings - Yin Yoga 7-8.15pm
- Sunday evenings - Restorative Yoga - 5.30-6.45pm
