TRX Dynamic is a whole body workout designed to build functional strength, improve your balance, coordination, endurance and has a strong emphasis on strengthening your core.

TRX Dynamic Classes are offered on Wednesdays at 5pm-5.45pm and 6pm-6.45pm
 
Class size is limited to 12 per class due to TRX strap availability.
